Innovative Clad Solutions (ICS) was created in 2008 with the objective of providing world class product design and manufacturing in the field of clad metals. While belonging today to the Aperam Group as majority shareholder, ICS is also built with Shivalik Bimetal controls Ltd. as local partner. Since its creation, ICS has successfully developed its manufacturing operations with customers who are leaders in their respective fields, such as heat exchangers, cookware, cable shielding and electrical & electronic systems.

Our manufacturing headquarters are located in India, at the heart of the fast growing industrial state of Madhya Pradesh. We also rely on the resources of our parent company, Aperam Alloys.

Our aim is to provide tailored clad innovative solutions to industry leaders, to bring them technical and cost-effective advantage. By combining R&D with its applicative expertise, optimized material combinations and highly precise properties, ICS is able to offer a broad spectrum of products and solutions to demanding market requirements.

Shivalik Bimetal Controls Ltd.
SBCL, an ISO 9001:2000 certified company is the only company in India & one of the few companies in the world, to manufacture Bimetals, specializing in the joining of metals and alloys through methods such as diffusion bonding/cladding, electron beam welding and resistance welding. The company was specially recognized and awarded for excellence in R &D initiatives by the Department of Scientific & Industrial Research, Ministry of Science and Technology, Govt. of India.
